Company Profile:
We want Australians to be able to furnish their homes with pieces that combine clever and classic designs without the hefty price tag. Products that people are proud to own because they are locally-made from sustainable materials.
As we’re tired of living in a ‘throwaway’ society, we also want to design furniture that people want to keep and that won’t end up in landfill.
Made in Melbourne.
Peninsula furniture is made in Melbourne from wood grown right here in Australia. It’s built to last and built for the planet: our wood is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), and for every piece of furniture sold, we plant a tree (or three!) through the Carbon Neutral Plant-a-Tree program to say thanks to the environment.

Every living room needs a conversation starter and nothing gets people talking like The Sideboard. It features our trademark bevelled-edge door which pulls open to reveal one fixed and two adjustable shelves, making it not just pretty but practical too. Made from FSC certified Tasmanian Oak.

Any one pf his art pieces can use up to 8 different state-of-the-art 3D software programs that are used in today’s large motion picture and video games industries. Jim was born and raised in San Francisco and has been living in Australia since 2015. After graduating college with a BA in Computer and Video Imaging, his academic and artistic qualifications saw him land an amazing opportunity with a start-up video game company where he was quickly elevated to Art Director, a title he held in the video game industry for over 20 years. Jim was so highly regarded that he went on to partner with some of the biggest names within the video game and entertainment industries such as Lucas Film (Star Wars), Tolkien (Lord of the Rings), Marvel Entertainment, Dreamworks and so much more.
